Change

For far too long, blindness has meant isolation and despair. The National Research and Training Institute for the Blind can change the lives of blind people for ages to come.

Every year 75,000 Americans become blind! If you, a member of your family, or a friend became blind today, would you know what to do? Probably not. But you would hope that SOMEONE did.

You would want to know that there were professionals throughout the country who had been trained at a national center that possessed the best training facilities, the latest knowledge, skill and technology that could help you get on with your life as you had always known it.

In short, you would want something that does not now exist - you would want what can only come to be through the National Research and Training Institute for the Blind.

The NFBM is a 501(c)(3) organization. We are registered with the Mississippi Secretary of State for the purpose of soliciting funds as a non-profit organization. All of our officers are non-salaried individuals.

All tax deductible contributions should be made payable to the National Federation of the Blind of Mississippi. (NFBM) and mailed to P.O. Box 1515, Jackson, MS 39215-1515.
