Mississippi School for the Blind Homecoming 2009

On behalf of the 2009 Mississippi School for the Blind Homecoming Committee. We are planning a weekend filled with excitement beginning on Friday, November 13, 2009 and concluding on Saturday, November 14, 2009. We have included a listing of the events in this packet for you to review.

We want to strongly encourage all Alumni to make plans to attend. This will be the first big event in our New Physical Education Complex. We would truly appreciate you celebrating this landmark event with us. It will be a great opportunity to meet and greet old and new students. We want to continually bridge the gap between our present and former students.

5:30pm - 6:30pm - Meet & Greet – Alumni can meet some of the students and exchange campus life stories
6:30pm - 8:00pm - Corolation

Saturday, November 14, 2009

9:00am - 10:30am - Guided Campus Tour – A guided tour of the campus and new facilities recently built
11:00am - 12:30pm - Fun Park – There will be fun activities for the kids including space jumps and snacks
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Mingler – Come and fellowship with some of the past students, friends and family of MSB
1:00pm - 2:00pm - Wrestling Match
2:00pm - 2:15pm - Closing Remarks – There will be door prizes issued including a special recognition of the Class Year with the most representatives
